OPEN ENROLLMENT 
All athletes must sign-up during our OPEN ENROLLMENT period to guarantee class availability. Late registration will result in pro-rated pricing and a mandatory on-ramp integration program.

WHAT AM I GOING TO LEARN?

Our coaches will teach you proper speed mechanics to help you run faster with better agility.
Do you know what exercises, weights, & volumes are needed for your sport?
We will help determine that for you. That’s the beauty of hiring a professional strength coach.

Our coaches will help turn up your power meter for increased explosiveness.

By training with us you can rest assured that you have done the work needed to better yourself in every way. 
Did you know proper strength training has been proven to reduce many of the injuries associated with sports such as: ACL Tears, Concussions, Labral Tears, Dislocations, Muscle Strains and many more.

Did you know nutrition makes up 80% of one’s overall ability to perform?
Our team will help you learn the basics of healthy nutrition so you can fuel up and recover from training and sport.
Q – What happens if I miss open enrollment? Can I still sign up to train?
A – Yes. However, you will have to perform a private assessment with one of our coaches before you may join.
Q – Is there a difference in price if I miss open enrollment? If so why?
A – Yes. If you miss open enrollment you will pay a prorated weekly rate for the remainder of the training block.
Q – If I miss a session can I make it up?
A – No. Sessions are run as a series and offered only at specific times and therefore do not carry over from block to block.
Q – What do I need to bring to training?
A – A POSITIVE AND WINNING ATTITUDE, water/Gatorade, good training sneakers, proper gym apparel, and a signed release form if you are new to the gym. Go to our website to download and sign your release from at HERE
Q – When and how do I enroll?
A – Open Enrollment begins two weeks prior to the start of every training block. We offer training blocks for Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. You may also enroll in person at the gym or by calling us over the phone. Any one of our staff members would be happy to help you GET STARTED!
